| Our fees
At George Butunoiu we have a fixed fee policy, calculated in accordance with the difficulty of the assignment . As our fees are decided on in advance, irrespective of the candidate's salary, there is no incentive for us to recommend those with higher salaries. This method has the advantage of enabling the Client to budget accurately for the work performed from the very beginning. Our minimum fee is € 12.000 per assignment. |
